Public Appearance Security
Spears Security supplies fully licensed SIA staff to protect both the celebrity and the members of the public. We have extensive experience in this field where we provide crowd management both inside and outside the venue while we wait for the VIP to arrive.
It is normal for us to aid in clearing part or all of the store, ensuring no customers remain while the signing is being set up. Once the VIP is ready to start we provide security at the signing point and also filter the customers through into the store at a rate determined by the client.
Once the signing has finished we make sure that the VIP gets safely back to their transport and that normal operation is resumed in store before we depart.
